Revised Draft Guidelines under the Competition Ordinance – March 2015

On 30 March 2015, the Competition Commission (Commission) and the Communications Authority (CA) published revised versions of the Draft Guidelines (Revised Draft Guidelines) under the Competition Ordinance (Cap. 619). The publication of the Revised Draft Guidelines follows careful consideration of the feedback provided by stakeholders on the Draft Guidelines released in October 2014. Along with the Revised Draft Guidelines, the Commission and the CA have also published a Guide to the Revised Draft Guidelines Issued under the Competition Ordinance summarising the approach of the Commission and the CA to preparing the Revised Draft Guidelines and how the key issues raised in submissions from stakeholders were addressed.
