Draft Guidelines under the Competition Ordinance - 2014

On 9 October 2014 the Competition Commission (Commission) and the Communications Authority (CA) jointly issued for public comment six draft guidelines (Draft Guidelines) under the Competition Ordinance (Ordinance).   • Draft Guideline on the Second Conduct Rule [Click here]
  • Draft Guideline on the Merger Rule [Click here]

The Draft Guidelines are intended to present the views of the Commission and the CA on how they intend to interpret and apply the provisions of the Ordinance.
