On 8 August 2017, the Commission issued the Competition (Block Exemption For Vessel Sharing Agreements) Order 2017 ("Order"). The Order is due to expire on 8 August 2022.
On 5 August 2021, the Commission commenced an initial consultation regarding its review of the Order.
The Commission invited interested parties to provide information, views and evidence in the initial consultation. The consultation has assisted the Commission in formulating a proposal on the future of the Order.
