Draft Leniency Policy for Undertakings Engaged in Cartel Conduct
On 23 September 2015, the Competition Commission issued for public comment a Draft Leniency Policy for Undertakings Engaged in Cartel Conduct.
Along with the Draft Leniency Policy, the Commission has also published a Guide to the Draft Leniency Policy for Undertakings Engaged in Cartel Conduct summarising the approach of the Commission in preparing the policy.
