On 8 August 2017, the Commission issued the Competition (Block Exemption for Vessel Sharing Agreements) Order 2017 ("Order").
On 7 July 2022, the Commission issued a variation of the Order, renewing it until 8 August 2026.
The Commission has commenced an initial consultation regarding its second review of the Order (as varied).
The Commission invites interested parties to provide information, views and evidence in the initial consultation. The consultation will assist the Commission in formulating a proposal on the future of the Order.
